A STELLAR VIEW OF THE SKIES OVER MANHATTAN WAS THE IDEAL BACKDROP FOR THE BRAND'S SOARING RELAUNCH
The Abingdon Co. recently debuted a fresh new look - complete with a new logo, new packaging, and a new website. Designed to better reflect the company's values, the re-launch, which was introduced to the media and the public at a cocktail party at The Loft on 5th on October 21st, showcased one-of-a-kind watches for women in four different categories: aviation, dive, motoring, and tactical.
Originally launched in 2007, Abingdon is the brainchild of Abingdon Mullin, founder and CEO of the company. A "Shark Tank" pitch and a unique concept a pilot's watch for the female wrist that displays three time zones - put the company on the map. Based in Las Vegas, Abingdon is dedicated to developing top quality, fashionable, and versatile watches that meet the needs of women leading active and daring lifestyles. Abingdon watches are purpose-built and designed to withstand a range of challenging environments.
The launch party, which featured a live DJ, Michelin-star bites by Chef Michael Gille, hand-rolled cigars, and a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, was host to a number of active Abingdon Crew members, including pilots, women in the military, scuba divers, and a number of celebrities.
Each watch style is available in several colors and has the option of interchangeable straps for a more customized look. Ranging in price from $419 to $655, the watches are available at www. abingdonco.com. All purchases benefit Abingdon Foundation, which supports women and girls in STEAM.
