Refund policy

Clearance, holiday sale, promotional, final sale, and last chance items are not eligible for return. When purchasing from clearance, promotional, holiday sale, final sale, and last chance items, please shop conscientiously as they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Abingdon Co. has a 30 day return policy. All we request is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging in the same condition. Please contact Abingdon Co. to begin the return process and receive a Return/Exchange form. Returns are covered by the customer. Please return your item to our corporate office along with a completed Return/Exchange Form.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied, less a 10% restocking fee, to your method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the credit to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
