If you need your order to arrive faster than USPS Ground Advantage, we offer several expedited shipping options. Expedited shipping rates will apply during the checkout process. Below is a general guide to shipping times.

Note: Any expedited shipping for orders placed after 10 AM PST Friday, the order will ship out Monday morning.

If your order is being shipped to an international destination, we offer various expedited shipping options via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Shipping times vary depending upon the destination country.

Custom duties may be applicable in certain countries and are not included in any charges associated with the purchase of an Abingdon watch. Any Customs duties imposed are typically paid by the recipient/addressee. International shipping rates will apply during the checkout process.

During the holiday season, we recommend you place your order 15 days in advance of when you want your package to arrive for DOMESTIC orders and 20 days in advance of when you want your package to arrive for INTERNATIONAL orders. With the surge of deliveries during the holiday season, USPS, FEDEX, DHL, and UPS may be delayed with delivery. Once we hand over your order to the carrier, we do not have any control over how it is routed by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Abingdon Co. for a full refund.* If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact Abingdon Co. to begin the return process. Under certain circumstances, Abingdon Co. may provide a free return label and will take care of your shipping costs.**

Abingdon Co. has a 30 day no questions asked return policy. All we request is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging in the same condition.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the credit to your account.

*Clearance, promotional, final sale, and last chance items may not be eligible for return. When purchasing from clearance, promotional, final sale, and last chance items, please shop conscientiously as they are not eligible for return or exchange.
